Plexus Altitude provides a
software solution for data centres that integrates proprietary BMS systems, IT
systems, Energy data and a whole host of other data protocols so as to deliver:
One common graphical user interface to visualise the operation of key functions
at your data centres anywhere in the world, irrespective of underlying hardware
platform or IT system, from a single and / or multiple locations;
A centralised condition monitoring,
alarming and alerting functionality for critical alarms, with automatically
escalated alarms, where appropriate;
An audit trail in order to obtain better
visibility on when alarms are actioned by sub-contractors or employees;
Multiple levels of logon authority, with
the logon credentials determining what the user will be able to see;
Automated profile and real time exception
reports of either energy data and / or the performance of individual devices;
The ability to integrate energy data, IT
systems data and BMS data in order to better understand which devices / functionalities
are consuming energy at any point in time; and
The option to create bespoke reporting and
/ or commission additional automated reports.
Altitude therefore provides chief operating officers
and facility managers with one web-based Graphical User Interface for the real
time condition monitoring of the disparate control networks which exist within
a data centre estate. Through Altitude Reporter this includes real time
analysis and event reporting of data (such as dynamic PUE calculations) and /
or devices (for example, temperature sensors), whilst Altitude Energy provides
a range of detailed energy analytical tools, as well as energy data for legal
and compliance purposes.
