The
Altitude Browser offers the user a quick method of obtaining a hierarchical
view of the entire Altitude system. The project hierarchy may be explored to
view detailed information on the following:
List of all available
Services (Communications, Data, Client)
List of available project
items e.g. Altitude Client screens
List of current system
alarms and current alarm state
Items
of data, presented by any of the services, may be displayed with live values.
If the data is read/write then the values may also be updated. The tree in the
Browser is also used for dragging tag items to configuration dialogs in the
Altitude Services. This saves the user from typing in tag names thus saving
time and avoiding mistakes.
