Plexus offers a comprehensive training programme, which is suitable for
Plexus Partners as well as larger end-users.
Plexus has two training courses:
Basic
training course: This inter alia covers
an introduction to Altitude and Altitude Pilot, the browser, alarms and alert
services as well as scheduling.
Advanced
Training Course: This inter alia covers
the installation of specialist legacy drivers, smart components and Altitude
Control Centre.
For customers who do not wish to implement their own project, Plexus has
an implementation services team who will project manage and implement the
Altitude software. This includes designing and commissioning advanced web pages
and procurement on behalf of clients of third party hardware such as
sub-meters.
We
also have a technical support team who are available to support customers who
subscribe to the annual support agreement, which contains a customer service
level agreement for fault resolution.
