Plexus
has a number of arrangements with manufacturers of automatic meter reading
(“AMR”) hardware equipment to deliver real-time connectivity to electricity,
gas, water, heat and steam fiscal meters and sub-meters. This equipment is then connected over IP, as appropriate,
to the Plexus Altitude Data Collection Server software which has the conversion
protocols to read data automatically from all types of meters.
The
data is presented through the Altitude Manager software from which a user can
generate reports, graphs and export meter data.
Report templates can also be created, stored and link e-mailed to other
users. Data can be tied into the
Altitude energy data analysis software to give the user the maximum opportunity
to analyse the data and then take actions through the Altitude demand management
connectivity platform. In this way, the
user will achieve full interoperability between hardware and software.
